4. Booking and Payment

  • When you book an experience through SoulVibe, you agree to pay all charges associated with your booking, including any applicable taxes and fees.
  • Payment must be made through our secure payment system. We do not store your payment information.
  • Bookings are confirmed once payment is processed. You will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • User Cancellations: Users may cancel their bookings subject to the cancellation policy of the specific experience. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the provider’s terms.
  • Provider Cancellations: If a provider cancels an experience, users will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • SoulVibe reserves the right to cancel any booking for reasons such as fraud detection, availability issues, or other legitimate reasons. Users will be notified, and a full refund will be provided in such cases.

6. User Conduct

  • Users agree to use SoulVibe in a manner that is lawful and respectful to others.
  • Harassment, discrimination, and any form of abusive behavior towards providers, other users, or SoulVibe staff will not be tolerated.
  • Users must not post or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

7. Provider Responsibilities

  • Providers must ensure that their experiences are accurately described and delivered as advertised.
  • Providers are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance to offer their experiences.
  • Providers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to their services.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the SoulVibe platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of SoulVibe or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • SoulVibe is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
  • SoulVibe is not responsible for the conduct of providers or the quality of the experiences offered. Users participate in experiences at their own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SoulVibe, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

SoulVibe reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new terms on our website and updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
